Tickets

⦁ Type of tickets


There are different types of mobile tickets.
-> E-tickets: PDF that can be displayed directly from your mobile phone
-> QR Code Tickets: You will need an iPhone or Android phone with a Pass Wallet app to scan tickets at the gate. Download the Pass Wallet App here:

-> Print PDF: Some places do not accept mobile tickets and you need to print the PDF.
-> APP: You must download the official promoter's app to obtain your ticket.
-> Physical ticket: Few tickets have only a physical ticket. You will need to provide us with your postal information so that it is sent to your address.

⦁ Delivery of tickets


Your booking confirmation is not your ticket. Tickets are usually delivered by the event promoter a few days before the event. You will receive your final tickets between 72h and 24h before the event.

⦁ Resale


You are not permitted to resell or transfer your tickets to a third party or entity. Failure to comply with this clause will result in the automatic cancellation of your order without the right to a refund and may give rise to legal proceedings.

⦁ Data

In order to receive tickets for the FC Barcelona match, we will need the details (surname, first name, date of birth, ID number) of each participant. Without this information up to 72 hours before the match, the club will not issue tickets and no refunds will be made.

The other La Liga clubs do not request this data at the moment.

In order to receive tickets for Serie A (Italy) matches, we will need the details (surname, first name, date of birth) of each participant. Without this information up to 72 hours before the match, the club will not issue tickets and no refunds will be made.

In order to receive tickets for the Liverpool FC match, we will need the details (surname, first name) of each participant. Without this information up to 72 hours before the match, the club will not issue tickets and no refunds will be made.

Other Premier League clubs do not require this data at this time. Any incorrectly provided customer data will not result in a refund.

⦁ Nominative tickets

If the promoters request personal data (name, ID, nationality), we will contact you by email or telephone to obtain this data.

⦁ Order confirmation

Your confirmation email is not the definitive ticket to access the venue. You will receive your definitive ticket, between 72h and 24h before the event, in the email address you provided us when placing your order during the purchasing process.

⦁ Price

The amount paid in our store includes applicable booking fees and may not match the promoter's face value of the ticket.

⦁ Confirmation email

You should receive a confirmation email after purchasing your tickets. If you haven't received anything after a couple of hours, please contact us by email or whatsapp.

Age restrictions are set by promoters or clubs. Check the event for age restrictions.

True Colours Events reserves the right to cancel group orders. For group orders (10 pax +), please contact booking@truecoloursevents.com for conditions and availability.

Soccer

Seating

When placing an order for a football event, we will do our best to seat all participants on the same booking together. However, all tickets are guaranteed to be seated in pairs. By pair we mean seats next to each other or opposite each other (see image). We do not guarantee bookings with odd numbers will be seated together, only pairs.

A weekend match may be moved from Sunday to Friday, Saturday or Monday. A midweek match may be moved from Wednesday to Tuesday or Thursday.

The date and time stated on the product page are approximate. The league will only communicate the exact time a few days before the match.

We will do our best to keep our website updated with the confirmed date and time.

However, it is your responsibility to check the exact date and time of the match through the league's official website.
Refunds will not be accepted for confirmed match days as explained here, or if the website is not updated with the exact day.

All tickets for an event are for home team sections unless otherwise stated. If there are indications that the purchaser is a fan of the visiting team, we may cancel the order for tickets intended for home team supporters.

Changes and cancellations

Change of dates

Changes to dates are not permitted once the reservation has been confirmed.

For changes to the number of tickets or name, please contact us to see if this is applicable.

Once a reservation is confirmed, it cannot be refunded, regardless of the traveler's personal situation.

Some events require one or all of the names of the participants. If you wish to change the names provided during the purchase process, please contact us as soon as possible.
Important: Names cannot be changed once tickets have been issued.

Tickets will be sent to the email address you provided during the purchase process. If you wish to provide another email address to receive tickets, please contact us as soon as possible. Tickets will be sent between 24h and 72h before the event.
We decline all responsibility if you have not provided the correct email address and you do not receive your tickets correctly.
